Can I freeze my card?
Yes. You should be able to freeze your card directly in the app.
Freeze your card immediately if you suspect fraud, or see a transaction you do not recognize.
What should I do if I see an unauthorized transaction?
Freeze your card immediately and contact support.
You may need to provide transaction details, screenshots, merchant information, and any relevant context.
Can I set spending limits?
During the beta, all cards have a fixed monthly spending limit of $20,000. The option to adjust this limit will be introduced before the public launch.
