What's a USD Virtual Account?
A USD Virtual Account is your own US account and routing number for receiving US dollars. Anything sent here lands in your Elios Main balance. They're permanent, so you can save them or hand them to an employer. This account accepts transfers from anyone, including payroll direct deposit. Transfers are currently capped at $10,000 per day. Contact Elios support if you need a higher limit.
Elios is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by SSB, Member FDIC.
How long do deposits to my USD Virtual Account take?
Wires usually process within a few hours and arrive the same day if sent before 5pm ET. Standard ACH transfers take 1 to 3 business days. Same-day ACH sent before 4pm ET arrives the same day.
What can I receive on my USD Virtual Account?
Transfers from your own accounts, payroll direct deposits, and payments from businesses or individuals. Incoming transfers are capped at $10,000 per day. Contact Elios support if you need a higher limit.
Can I receive an international transfer?
Not by SWIFT. These details only work for ACH and domestic US wires. A SWIFT transfer sent to them will be returned to the sender.
